1. Paper Selection

Generally, the surface of the packaging box is white cardboard, white cardstock, gold and silver card, and the weight is generally 200 grams, 250 grams, 300 grams, 350 grams, etc. The corrugated generally uses F flute, and E flute, users can according to their own needs, match.


2. Design



Now the appearance of the packaging box is exquisite and beautiful, and the colors of design and production are also different, not only basic colors but also spot colors, Pantone colors, etc.


3. Printing

There are many requirements for packaging and






printing and the requirements for color differences, dots, and ink dots are very high.


4. Surface treatments

After printing, the paper can usually be covered with lamination, UV, and foil stamping surface treatments.


5. Pasting

The pasting is to glue the printed paper and corrugated cardboard. In this step, it is necessary to ensure that the product does not open the glue, there is no skew, and there is no shortage of materials, etc.


6. Die cutting

Die-cutting means that the packaging box is made into a die-cut mold according to the pre-designed graphics for die-cutting. After this process is completed, the basic shape of a packaging box will come out.



7. Paste box

Gluing the box is the last process after the packaging box is formed, which is to form the overlapping parts and the corresponding edges by mechanically brushing glue.


After these processes are completed, they can be packaged and delivered.
